Subscription, billing, and refunds

Paeonia has no free version. One subscription covers both of you, and the partner who joins with an invite code does not pay.

Apple handles all payments. To change or cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. You can also tap Manage subscription in the Us tab of Paeonia. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the paid period ends. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.

Apple decides refunds, not Paeonia. Ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

If you paid and Paeonia is still locked, tap Restore purchases on the subscription screen. If your partner pays, ask them to tap Restore purchases on their phone.

Delete your account

Open the Us tab, scroll to Account, tap Delete account, and confirm. You can also delete it from the subscription screen. If you are paired, this ends your relationship. Shared content is hidden right away and deleted after about 30 days. If you cannot open the app, email contact@paeonia.no from the address on your account.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Apple Account settings.

See, copy, or fix your data

Open the Us tab, then Privacy and safety. You can ask to see what we store, ask for a copy, or ask for a correction. We email you at the address on your account, normally within a month.

Safety and reports

If something in your relationship feels unsafe, open the Us tab, then Privacy and safety, and tap Report and leave. We never show your report to the other person. We look at every report and reply within three working days. You can also email support@paeonia.no. If you are in danger, call your local emergency number first.

Invites and sign-in

An invite code has 6 characters. Type or paste it in Paeonia, or open the invite link on the iPhone that has Paeonia installed. If the link opens this website instead of the app, tap Open Paeonia on the page. If the code does not work, ask your partner for a new one.

You sign in with Apple or Google. Paeonia has no password or email sign-in.
